Reception

The conference welcome reception will be held in the Town House in Aberdeen city centre. The building was completed in 1874, using the silver granite typical of Aberdeen, and it is a magnificent castle, designed in the Scottish baronial style.

The reception is sponsored by Aberdeen City Council, and all registered delegates and exhibitors are welcome to attend. It will be on the Wednesday evening at 19:00.

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will take place in the fantastic Union Kirk in the centre of Aberdeen. This 19th century historic church has recently been converted to a unique location for events. It retains many of the original features, including the stunning stained-glass windows, vaulted ceiling, and intricate cornicing.

Tickets for the dinner can be purchased during registration. The dinner will be on the Thursday evening: 19:00 for drinks, meal at 19:30. The meal will be followed by Scottish music and a cèilidh (Scottish dancing).
