Tutorial - Tips and Tricks in EthoVision XT: Insights into the Unknowns
Schedule: Thursday 19th May, 15:45 - 16:16 CET Virtual Room 1
Presenter: Matt Feltenstein, Noldus Information Technology, USA
Abstract: Do you ever ask: I’m an experienced EthoVision XT user, but is there a way that I could add zones after acquiring to get new data without re-tracking? How can I check before acquiring data that my areas of interest (arenas, zones, etc.) are in the right place? Is there a way to have EthoVision XT check for nose-tail swaps or tracking jumps in the data in the Track Editor? What the difference between a ‘Filter’ and ‘Nesting’ in the Data Profile? If you can create and run experiments in EthoVision XT, but struggle a bit with the setup and/or post-acquisition modifications, this tutorial is for you!
